Digital Surveillance Request Form
By submitting this request, you acknowledge and agree that the Las Vegas Paiute Information Technology (IT) Department’s role is limited to facilitating the retrieval, download, and secure transfer of surveillance video footage from the digital surveillance systems. IT is not responsible for conducting any investigative work, analyzing video content, or drawing conclusions regarding the footage.
The Las Vegas Paiute Technology Department's responsibilities are solely to:

Align with authorized internal departments and/or external agencies to validate the delivery of the digital request.

Retrieve and download the requested footage from the designated surveillance servers or storage warehouses.

Deliver the footage securely to the requesting law enforcement agency or authorized internal department, as directed.
All investigative reviews, interpretations, and case determinations are the sole responsibility of the appropriate investigative or law enforcement bodies.
The Las Vegas Paiute Technology Department makes no warranties as to the content, clarity, or outcome of the provided surveillance footage.
